I had a small issue with my 1st order of leeches but Customer Service Manager David Salas fixed my issue perfectly!!!!!
These leeches are Perfect if you have had any type of surgery or just want to be more healthy! I myself just had Rhinoplasty and these leeches have helped bring down the swelling Tremendously!!!!! Thank U David Salas and THANK YOU NORTH AMERICA BIOPHARMA LEEECHES!!!!!!!!

I bought 15 medical leeches from North America BioFharma. They came after 2 days, and I started a treatment next day.
13 were really perfect, but 2 didn't want to bite. I emailed Customer Service and received a refund immediately.
So, I really satisfied with service provided, and appreciate Customer Service fast response and help.
I am going to make more orders in a future and obviously recommend this company to my friends!
Ordered some leeches and UPS delivery was a complete failure, delaying and delivered days late and all leeches were deceased. Contacted NA BioPharma and was promptly sent new leeches, all arrived on-time and alive, perfect condition. Still thriving a couple weeks later. UPS just sucks, NA BioPharma was great. Thank you.
The leeches were sent readily and arrived in just one day, in very good shape. Some of them are a bit small, but must of them are a good size for research.
The product arrived on time in a secure container. It was exactly as described. I’m already using it and happy with the result.
