We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Delivery Policy:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. All summer and fall shipments are sent in insulated containers with cold packs. Winter shipments may be delayed if freezing temperatures are in either our or your area.  This may delay your shipment for some time.

Please note that we only ship within the United States. Due to delivery delays over the weekends by all mail carriers, shipments will only go out Monday through Wednesday except for overnight deliveries. No overnight deliveries on Friday orders. Should you require an exception to this please contact us.
